Nothing on this site is for sale right now, so there is nothing to refund. Here is what will happen when that changes.

Submitting a product is free. There is no paid tier, no featured slot for sale, no queue to skip, and no badge to buy. If a page anywhere on this site suggests otherwise, it is a mistake - please tell us.
If we start charging
The price and what it buys will be written down before anyone can pay it. Anything we sell will be a one-off for a specific thing - a placement, a written piece - not a subscription that renews while you are not looking.
The refund rule we intend to use
If you pay for something and we have not delivered it yet, ask and you get all of it back, no questions.
If we have delivered it and you are unhappy, tell us what went wrong. If it is our fault, you get your money back. If you simply changed your mind after the work is published, we may not be able to unpublish the effect of it, and we will say so plainly rather than hiding behind a clause.
